#Oyster Reef Restoration

This week, we will bring new restoration and evaluation techniques from University of Florida – IFAS aquaculture researchers and experts to Bay County. Oyster reefs create living ecosystems that are critical to estuary habitats. These reefs also serve to address shoreline erosion and improve wayer quality by filtering sediments and algae.
