Food Safety and Quality Program

ServSafe® Food Manager Certification Training, UF/IFAS Extension Office Bay County.

This program targets Restaurant Managers and Food Handlers. This training enables food managers and staff to offer Florida consumers’ food that is prepared in a clean and safe environment. Cost Training and Exam: $110.00; Training and Exam w/textbook: $165.00. Call 888-232-8723.

Learn about herb gardening and cooking tips. There’ll also be taste testing of breads, seafood, side dishes, dips and more! Registration and payment due by October 30, 2017. Register online at http://cook-herbs-nov2017.eventbrite.com or drop off payment at the UF/IFAS Extension Bay County office, 2728 E. 14th Street, Panama City, FL.
